Hello! 😊 I am Andrea and it is so great to have you here.

I help women heal from the source of their discomfort in order to create the life they have always dreamt of. My practice focuses on helping you navigate your relationships and/or family dynamics, if you have children I can help you implement positive parenting strategies, and also to achieve any goals that you may set for yourself.

I have invested many years connecting and healing with my inner child which has lead me to conclude helping women, children and adolescents is my life’s purpose. As far as academia, I have gone through eight years of formal academic training. Additionally, I have provided psychotherapy services in the school setting as well as in a group practice for women and children. However, most importantly I have also gone through my own therapy process to get here and I know firsthand how life changing therapy can be. I hope to be of service in your healing journey.

My approach is integrative. I firmly believe that you are the expert in your life. My role is to walk with you by your side, holding a light so that little by little we can see what needs to heal. I use humanistic theoretical approaches including client-centered therapy, Gestalt, attachment theory, and transactional analysis. While I will not bore you with psychological terminology, I can assure you that each theory will provide us with effective tools for treatment to heal your story from its roots.

It is truly an honor to be able to accompany women in their psychotherapy process.

I am accepting new patients via telehealth. I look forward to working with you!
